Returns Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
• Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
• Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and hygiene seals (if applicable).
• Returns will not be accepted on:
o Items marked Final Sale
o Gift cards
o Items labeled non-returnable at checkout
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have had protective seals removed.
Refund Details
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. Her Reflections is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style:
1. Return your original item using the process below.
2. Place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email support@herreflections.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our customer service team will provide instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
3. Securely package your item(s) and include the RA number in your return.
4. Ship to the address provided by our team.
Please note: Unauthorized returns or items that do not meet our return conditions may not be processed.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements. Returns received outside the 30-day window, or that show visible wear, may be returned to sender.
